TERMS OF USE

These Terms govern use of Recharge Everett's website, services, memberships, day passes, retail purchases, and wellness center.
Our Commitment to You
Recharge Everett is committed to providing a welcoming, restorative environment focused on wellness, recovery, education, and exceptional guest service. By using our website or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Recharge Everett provides non-medical wellness services including infrared sauna, red light therapy, cold plunge, mineral bath, hydrogen inhalation, hydrogen water, PEMF, CES, BioWave, compression therapy, vibroacoustic therapy, Power Plate, wellness scans, and similar technologies. These services are intended to support general wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Participation requires completion of all required waivers and health forms.
2. Eligibility
Guests must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who completes all required documentation.
3. Memberships & Automatic Billing
Memberships renew automatically until cancelled through the member portal before the next billing date. Members authorize recurring charges, agree to maintain a valid payment method, and understand that promotional locked pricing is forfeited if membership is cancelled.
4. Day Passes, Packages & Promotional Offers
Day passes, packages, gift cards, Wellness Angel gifts, and promotional offers are non-refundable, non-transferable unless expressly stated, and may expire according to their terms.

5. Scheduling & Appointment Policies
Appointments are recommended. Late arrivals may receive shortened sessions. Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice and no-shows may result in forfeiture.
6. Wellness Center Conduct
Guests agree to follow staff instructions, use equipment appropriately, respect other guests, and maintain a safe environment. Recharge Everett may refuse service when necessary for safety.
7. Payments & Refunds
All sales are final except where required by law. Guests should contact Recharge Everett before initiating any payment dispute.
8. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
Participation is voluntary and involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, Recharge Everett shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, educational materials, photographs, graphics, and website content remain the property of Recharge Everett.
10. Communications & Electronic Consent
Guests consent to receive appointment reminders, billing notices, membership communications, and optional marketing communications, with the ability to opt out of marketing.
11. Privacy
Personal information is collected only to provide services, process payments, administer memberships, and communicate with guests. Recharge Everett does not sell personal information.
12. Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to first attempt informal resolution. If necessary, disputes will be resolved in Snohomish County, Washington, through arbitration or another lawful process where permitted.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
14. Changes to These Terms
Recharge Everett may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
15. Medical Disclaimer
Recharge Everett provides wellness services only and does not provide medical advice. Guests should consult their healthcare provider when appropriate.
16. Retail Products, Supplements & Gift Cards
Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Opened supplements, skincare products, food, beverages, memberships, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.
17. Wellness Angel Gift Program
Wellness Angel purchases may be gifted anonymously or directly to a recipient and have no cash value.
18. Photography & Marketing
Guests may opt out of appearing in promotional photography by notifying staff.
19. Personal Property
Recharge Everett is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
20. Health & Safety
Guests must notify staff immediately if they experience discomfort or changes in health before or during any session.
21. Website Use
Unauthorized access, scraping, malware, or misuse of the website is prohibited.
22. Privacy & Data Security
Reasonable safeguards protect guest information; however, no electronic system is completely secure.
23. Force Majeure
Recharge Everett is not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
24. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with your Participation Agreement, Liability Waiver, Privacy Policy, and membership documents, constitute the complete agreement.
26. Modality-Specific Acknowledgment
Guests acknowledge that every wellness modality has unique usage guidelines and contraindications. Guests agree to disclose relevant health information, follow staff instructions, discontinue use if symptoms occur, and understand that results vary and are not guaranteed.
